Our staff is friendly and always ready to help with scheduling, insurance or anything else you may need during your time with us. For your convenience, we have provided the following information.
IF YOU CANNOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, PLEASE LET US KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. DUE TO THE INCREASE OF CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS, PATIENTS WHO DO NOT ATTEND THEIR APPOINTMENTS MAY BE ASKED TO POSTPONE THEIR APPOINTMENTS TO A LATER DATE IN ORDER TO ACCOMMODATE PATIENTS WHO ARE ABLE TO ATTEND.

Appointments
When you make an appointment, the doctor is reserving that time for you. Our doctors strive to see you at your scheduled time because we know you are busy and we value your time. We would appreciate it if you would value our time as well. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This will allow us time to help assist another patient in need of an appointment.
It is important that we have your current cell phone number and email, so we can remind you about appointments and notify you when your eyeglasses or contacts are ready for pickup.
