If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, you should seek medical attention immediately:

• Eye pain
• Swelling around the eye
• A foreign object in the eye
• Sudden vision loss
• Sudden onset of flashes, floaters, or spots
• A corneal abrasion
• Significant ocular discharge

Additionally, if you get any type of chemicals in or around your eye, you should seek immediate medical assistance.

For extreme emergencies, please call 911 or go to your local ER.

For serious emergencies, please call our office at 609.597.0250 during business hours and we will do our best to get you seen by one of our doctors the same day. If it is outside of our business hours and not an extreme emergency, contact your PCP or local urgent care.  If follow-up care is needed, we will be happy to see you the next business day.
